This warranty does not apply to effects due directly or indirectly to abuse, misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear down or improper maintenance, nor shall it apply to any product that has been repaired or altered outside of our facilities. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, consequential, indirect or special damages of any nature arising from the sale or use of the products, air hose, tire chuck, tire gauge, air hoses, tire chucks, tire gauges excepting only the cost or expense of repair and replacement as described above.
