This warranty does not apply to effects due directly or indirectly to abuse, misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear down or improper maintenance, nor shall it apply to any product that has been repaired or altered outside of our facilities. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, consequential, indirect or special damages of any nature arising from the sale or use of the products, airless spray gun, hvlp paint sprayer, airless spray guns, hvlp paint sprayers, airless paint spray gun, airless paint spray system excepting only the cost or expense of repair and replacement as described above.
